More than 20 years ago, I began applying my Masters in industrial/organizational psychology to solve for, enhance and sustain the people side of the business with award-winning results. I am also an adjunct professor and author.
My expertise centers around the employee, the leader and the organizational culture. Including attracting talent, hiring, onboarding, training, developing, retaining, measuring performance and creating an engaging work environment. I am certified and qualified to administer and interpret a variety of tools including, but not limited to DiSC, The Six Styles of Working Genius, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Korn Ferry Competencies, Myers-Briggs, EQI Emotional Intelligence & 360 Assessments.
